Article 140 for Kurds has reached its favorable outcome by default in this Proposal  18.12.2007
By Steve Tataii, eKurd.net contributing writer

December 18, 2007

New York, Steve Tataii, (eKurd.net), -- Article 140 without the intended referendum will permanently attach all affected Kurdish areas to Kurdistan by default one minute passed December 31, 2007 since opponent Leaders did not challenge it through a referendum. The portion of helping non-native Arabs to go back, and Kurds to return can continue until it is completed in a short period of time. Respective qualified applicants for allocated compensation must pick up their forms before the deadline.

This is the case in any election/referendum/contest/competition universally anywhere in Democratic-Free Societies. For example in any contested election the unopposed candidate automatically wins or when deadlines are set for issues, the prevailing party is the initiator.

Kurdistan must serve the wishes of her people wanting all provinces inside her national boundary (from time immemorial) Governed by Kurds as they always were, prior to Ba'asi Arab Rule, clearly documented in the 1957 census. Kurdistan will not serve the wishes of al-Hashemi, al-Maliki, or others before them, who have all contributed to more than 5 years of delay to hold the referendum under article 58, now recognized as article 140 of the constitution.

recent U.S. Senator Candidate in the 2006 elections- Tataii website
Kurdistan should not postpone this scheduled day set in this mutually agreed constitution because of the fear that Turkey has or will be bombing our villages or towns illegally, or intimidated by Islamic Republic's FM Mottaki to tell us give it 2 more years, and now suggestions by presumably suddenly bleeding hearts of a few in Baghdad parliament worrying sick about the people of Kirkuk, but in actuality fixating their minds on its oil reserves, and never mentioning the rest of the terrorized Kurdish provinces of which all shall be governed by Kurdistan Regional Government under the leadership of President of Kurdistan, unless South,www.ekurd.net and Central wish to separate Iraq into its original three nation states of pre-1923, and kiss the Rotten Great Britain Hegemony goodbye all together. This can happen if Kurds continue to feel betrayed.

Surely there won't be any love lost along that national cure-all Division. It'll be the best Liberation Iraq has seen since the 1923 beginning of its captivation. We should at least respect Senator Biden's overwhelmingly successful passed "3 States Loose Federation Resolution" once allowed to kick start that beginning, which is another reality opposed by PM al-Maliki, who acts as if sometimes he plays politics in favor of Washington insiders.

Therefore, let's keep it steady, and do what we must do as a matter of LAW. Constitutional law that is, so that from that moment on, there won't be any more of Washington Think Tanks' new wise ideas, and more of distortions in their sleazy analysis, nor Turkish state's broken record of recounting Ottoman Empire's non-aboriginal Turkmen to get a piece of the action. The Turkmen, who themselves have time, and again made it clear; that they wish to stay in Kurdistan, and remain as Kurdish citizens of KRG without Turkey intimidating them through Turkmen Front party, asking them to plant another Turkic state's seed inside of Kurdish territory.

This, knowing that there are already 6 Turkic states, and several other autonomous Turkic Federations. In the meantime Turkey with the support of the "Think Tanks" has argued about its nightmare of dealing with 30,000,000 Kurds living on their own land in North Kurdistan, usurped by Turkey since 1923, and wanting to declare their own state if a new Kurdish state is detected nearby, but Turkey also is worried about oil in South Kurdistan even after pocketing around 40% of its revenues in the past 80 years, while the Real Legal Owners, the Kurds themselves never benefitted from their own revenues all those years.
www.ekurd.net This sounds like Turkey is still committing international crimes in the region on the borderline of Europe, and Asia. This has got to stop. Buyukanit must now be arrested by Ankara's authority over the military, and sent to international courts for prosecution of his Sunday bombings of 15 villages, killing innocent civilians. Right before this bombardment several Turkish top parliamentarians had called for his resignation.

The engineers of creating obstacles, and non-Kurd Gurus, salivating for Kirkuk's prospective national oil revenues have had their chances of creating little wars, and unsolved terrorist attacks in Peaceful North for FIVE LONG BLOODY YEARS. This trend has such a bold fingerprints recently in Shingal's tragic massacre, TUZ bombings, Arbil bombing, Sunday's Bombardments of 15 villages along the Kurdish border and so on; that it is impossible not to clearly identify the international terrorist state responsible for them. This is where it should end. These shameless murderers ought to look elsewhere for their oil robberies.

The world has been doing fine without the additional oil from our old battered Kurdish Kirkuk. The price gouging oil companies never had to create the panics of especially the past one year, and when the Kurds finally do begin to receive their own oil benefits; the world may only produce a little more for their oil addiction proportionately with worldwide oil reserves, but one thing is for sure; that Kurds will be able to somewhat recover from their losses, and devastations quicker, and they will be doing much better for sure thanks to their own God given natural resources under the watchful eyes of greedy entities.

Our Kurdish Leaders must not give in to enemies' demands at this point, and declare the rest of Kurdish region permanently back in their territory shortly after the end of 2007 deadline to hold a referendum. This is the only way. At that time the referendum will have automatically been challenged, and Kurds shall prevail in their quest of self-assuring themselves they are all within Kurdistan, and they need to wait no more.

This will not stop the process of helping the rest of the Arabs used for ethnic cleansing to go home, and Kurdish returnees back to where they belong. This last process will take a few months longer, but it can be done under KRG administration, and Kurdish parliament's fair, and just "Kurdish" handling of relocations with allocated money from Baghdad pursuant to the constitution Article 140.
www.ekurd.net No one should oppose this proposal once accepted or we will only have troubles ahead a lot more than we have faced them.

Kurds, unlike their invading rag tag nationals' token minorities coming from who knows where since the 16th century, Kurds have always been right in their own homeland for over 12,000 years, and never have invaded their newly arrived neighbors' non-Kurdish lands. So there you have it, and here's the scoop:

Edi Bes e (enough is enough), Kirkuk, Nineveh, and other affected Kurdish areas from Saddam's barbaric attempts at failed Arabization ethnic cleansing with applied Genocides, and chemical bomb attacks shall return to the bosom of the rest of their South Kurdistan motherland Territory by December 31, 2007, or the 2008 New Year's eve.

I have a feeling, and hope that Kurdistan Parliament will accept this proposal, and not fall for any friendly but wise ideas of extension of time, which would not only leave the Kurds with unwanted conflicts lately popping up even at 2 a.m. dropping U.S. made-Turkish owned bombs while they're sound asleep, but will also be in tuned with the "Iraq" constitution, and not fall for any strange or illegal suggestions!

Finally, I like to thank the honorable Kake Adnan Mufty, Speaker of Kurdistan Parliament for asking our participation, and wish him, his vice speaker, honorable Kake Kamal, and everybody else in, and outside of Kurdistan a very Happy New Year 2008 ahead of us.
